Brovedani means continuous development. Results in terms of total quality and production performance are constantly progressing, thanks to the introduction of increasingly sophisticated methodologies. Human resources therefore play a decisive role.

This requires targeted and programmed training that does not focus only on the acquisition of notions and skills by the individual, but also controls the flow and transfer of the most important technological skills within the company.

Together with the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Padua, a procedure has been developed for analysing the company’s technological expertise, its depth and the extent to which this expertise is shared throughout the company. Each item on the list has been given a priority rating highlighting the critical notions to be transferred first.

Brovedani is thus able to maintain and even improve essential performances in a highly-competitive international scenario.
